Cold Therapy Canada accepts Visa and MasterCard.

Returns

We accept returns of any product within 30 days of purchase. Products have to be unused and in their original undamaged packaging. To return your order, please email orders@coldtherapycanada.ca to request a Return Authorization Number and to arrange the return shipping. Upon the receipt of your returned product, a credit will applied to your credit card for the cost of the product minus the shipping costs. Please send your return requests to info@coldtherapycanada.ca or call 1-844-383-8661.

Product Warranties

All products are warranted for manufacturing or material defects as specified.

Post-Op Bracing -     90 days
Polar Care, Kodiak -  6 months.
